Rate Increase 2010 - Information Released: June 22, 2010
In an effort to adequately explain
to our membership the reasons for the rate increase that will take effect July 1,
2010, BRMEMC has compiled the following information. We hope that each member-customer will take
just a few minutes to review the information found below. We also hope that if there are any questions
you will give BRMEMC's management team the opportunity to respond. It is our belief that we have an obligation
to provide timely and accurate information to our membership in order to foster a
strong and stable company.

*During the last week of June, 2010, BRMEMC issued a press release concerning the rate increase which will go into effect on 1 July, 2010. The press release included a chart illustrating the effect of the rate increase on our average residential customers. This chart contained errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The corrected numbers appear below:
