Heat Pump Financing

This program allows you to finance a heat pump through Blue Ridge Mountain EMC with no money down, at 8% simple interest, spread over 10 years. We can finance up to $10,000.00.  The payment is added onto your monthly electric bill.

The list of contractors included is called the Quality Contractor Network. The heating and air contractors listed have met standards set by TVA. Our energy services technician, Jason Smith, inspects their work once the unit is in place. The installation must meet the latest guidelines.
