Your use of BRMEMC’s account manager website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and any other code (including user name) used to secure your online account information. You agree that BRMEMC will have no obligations with regard thereto. We recommend that you not share your password(s) or user name. However, should you share your passwords or user name, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password or user name has been lost or stolen or someone has gained access to this information without your permission, call us immediately at (706) 379-3121.

You are responsible for providing BRMEMC with current, accurate, complete, and updated information required to register for or use our online bill pay. You are responsible for notifying BRMEMC of any changes in your registration or other data. It is important that you keep your e-mail address information current. Failure to update your e-mail address will prevent you from receiving certain important notices about your account. Customers enrolled in AutoPay must keep credit card information current for payments to be made. Failure to update any information will not change your invoice due date.

BRMEMC may at any time and without notice make changes to this site.  Your online payment account, may at anytime, be cancelled for reasons deemed necessary. Proceeding with your online bill pay registration indicates your acceptance to these terms.
